Sorry that you get no notifications. Please, try to follow these steps to get them back:
- Check if notification are turned on in Jodel App
- Check notification settings in phone system (Android/iOS)
- Turn notification in Jodel off and on again
- Restart the app
- Save your Karma (My Karma -> More -> Backup) and then remove all Jodel app-data in this way: Settings > Apps > Jodel > Clear Data & Clear Cache (the steps may differ based on phone manufacturer)
If nothing helped and you still have no notifications, please use the app’s built-in contact form, that you’ll find under “More” section for Android, or by tapping the gear icon in your profile on iOS.
