We're sorry that you're not getting any notifications. Please try to follow these steps to get them back:
- Check if notifications are turned on in the app
- Check your phone's notification settings
- Turn notification in Jodel off and on again
- Restart the app
- Save your karma (FAQ on How to Save my Karma) and then remove all of Jodel's app-data in your phone system. To do so, follow these steps: Settings > Apps > Jodel > Clear Data & Clear Cache (the steps may differ based on the phone manufacturer)
If nothing helps and you still have no notifications, please use the app’s built-in contact form that you’ll find under "MY KARMA" -> "More" -> "Contact us" on Android. On iOS you will find it by tapping the profile icon in the bottom right, then the gear icon on the top left, then "Contact us".
