What does it mean when a post is "here", "very close", "close", "far" or from the "hometown"?

On Jodel, "here" means that the post was posted within 1 km of you. "Very close" means within 2 km, "close" within 10 km and "far" is beyond. 

If users post something from a different location using the Hometown-feature, the Jodel will be tagged as "hometown".

Please note that sometimes the name of the actual city is displayed when users go through pinned jodels from another city.
